The resolution of 7 judges of the ultimate Court on determining the amount of compensation from 3rd organization liability insurance for motor vehicle owners, alternatively of eliminating discrepancies in case law, raises further questions and doubts, especially in the context of equal treatment of injured parties - believes the Financial Ombudsman.
