The EU calls on Venezuela. Leaders compose about the "special responsibility" of the UN body

The head of EU diplomacy published a message signed by 26 European Union countries, with the exception of Hungary, in which she refers to the abduction of Nicolas Maduro by the US. "International law must be respected in all circumstances," it reads. The EU besides points out that "Maduro does not have the mandate of a democratically elected president".
