As shortly as possible, I will submit a message to the Marshal of the Sejm on the waiver of immunity - said Deputy Minister of Justice Arkadiusz Myrcha. His declaration is simply a consequence to reports that the prosecutor's office submitted a police request to the Sejm to deprive the politician of legal guarantees protecting parliamentarians. The reason is the breaking of the election silence.
