Jarosław Kaczyński suspended Mr Szymon Giżyński in the rights of a associate of the Law and Justice until the disciplinary proceeding was concluded. The decision was based on public statements by the parliamentarians criticizing the engagement of the authorities of the often-chovsky organization structures in the referendum on the cancellation of the city president and the city council.
