In Poland, it is essential to reconstruct universal enlistment to the army – said Gen. Leon Komornicki, erstwhile Deputy Chief of General Staff of the Polish Army. In his conversation with RMF FM, he argued that due to its geographical location Poland should build “anti-surprising capabilities” and, in the event of war, be able to retaliate in the aggressor's territory.
