The court dismissed the referendum protest in Krakow. What about the election?

The applicant of the protest against the validity of the referendum of the recalling president of Krakow took the justification for the order of the court to dismiss the complaint. From this point on, there is simply a seven-day deadline for filing a complaint. The absence of an appeal will mean that the decision is valid and that the Prime Minister can set a date for the election.
