The court rejected the protest regarding the referendum in Krakow. What's next for the elections?

The petitioner of the protest against the validity of the referendum dismissing the mayor of Krakow received the justification of the court's decision to dismiss the complaint. From that minute on, the seven-day deadline for filing a complaint runs. Failure to appeal will mean that the decision will become final and the prime minister will be able to set a date for the elections.
