A row over Przemysław Czarnek's words. Tusk reacts, Kaczyński speaks out

Prime Minister Donald Tusk commented on Tuesday on the message of PiS Vice-President Przemysław Czarnek regarding the suspension of financing Ukraine. He stated that Russia "could not have dreamed of a better candidate for prime minister" than the PiS politician.
