The Constitutional Tribunal has banned a political party. "The Efforts of the Polish Bourgeoisie"

The Constitutional Tribunal banned the Communist organization of Polish. The judges ruled that the party's goals and activities are inconsistent with the provisions of the constitution after president Karol Nawrocki filed a motion for banning. The effort to outlaw the Communist organization of Polish is the culmination of earlier efforts of the Polish bourgeoisie, the Polish communists commented.
