The Constitutional Court has banned the KPP! We're revealing details

The Constitutional Tribunal ruled that the activities and objectives of the Communist organization of Poland are incompatible with the Polish Constitution. This decision results in the illegalisation of the group which has been in operation since 2002. The court shall immediately issue a decision to remove the NPP from the organization register.
