The Constitutional Tribunal unanimously ruled that the goals and activities of the Communist organization of Polish, which has been functioning since 2002, are inconsistent with the Constitution of the Republic of Poland. This decision automatically leads to the banning of the group. The Constitutional Tribunal ruled that the Polish legal strategy does not tolerate parties glorifying communist regimes, which are liable for the deaths of millions. The verdict was passed after the request of president Karol Nawrocki.
