"As representatives of the employees' and employers' sides of the Social dialog Council (SDC), we turn to you with a request to take action to increase transparency and social participation in the process of shaping the state's budget policy," wrote the social partners belonging to the Social dialog Council in a joint letter to Prime Minister Donald Tusk. In it, they mainly mention to the proposal of the Minister of Finance to repeal the regulations obliging the government to prepare and submit to the Social dialog Council the Assumptions of the draft state budget for the following year and to omit the SDC in the process of consulting medium-term budget and structural plans.
