We invitation you to the 6th National Forum of Workers' Councils, which will be held on 19 May 2026 in the Column Hall of the Polish Parliament. Citizen Accelerator of Innovation will be anniversary – in 2026 it is precisely 20 years since the adoption of the Act on informing and consulting employees.
Do you influence what happens in your workplace?
In many companies decisions are made without the participation of employees. This is the case, although they have the top cognition of client needs. In companies employing more than 50 employees there is staff council.
This solution is written in the billwhich gives you the chance to influence your employer's decisions, consult changes and access to information about the company's situation. In many companies, employees inactive do not exercise this right – frequently due to the fact that they do not know they have it.
Exactly 20 years ago, April 7, 2006, The Sejm passed Act on informing and consulting employees (commonly referred to as the Staff Councils Act) which made this possible. present is simply a good time to ask the question: is this possible full exploited in workplaces?
