On May 12, 1983, militia officers detained a group of seniors in the Old Town. 1 of them was Grzegorz Przemyk. The boy was brutally beaten first during the detention and then at the police station at Jesuit Street. They hit ‘so that there are no traces’ – in the abdomen and back, avoiding external wounds. The decision to call for an ambulance was made by the commander of the Konstanty Machnowski police station and the visiting Captain Roman Gembarowski. Officers misled the paramedics, saying the boy was ‘psychic illness’, who "walks on the earth."

Security threatened her mother. The slip was not an accidental victim.

Barbara Sadowska – Grzegorz's parent – was a well-known poet who engaged in opposition activity in the 1970s and 1980s. safety has repeatedly threatened to harm her son. On 3 May – little than 2 weeks before the death of Grzegorz – she was beaten by the militia during the pacification of the Franciscan monastery. She died 3 years after killing her son, persecuted by the system.

The Interior Ministry conducted a large-scale falsification of the investigation. The blame was placed on paramedics who were convicted on the basis of forced testimony. The crime in Przemik has led to many years of service activities: surveillance, witness intimidation, discredit of the victim and his family. Participants in this operation the communist state rewarded promotions and money. 1 of the people kidnapped by the safety defender after the death of Przemik was Wojciech Cejrowski – he was stopped during the matura, and during the interrogation his fingers were cut from the joints.

The ceremony of Grzegorz Przemyk was celebrated by Fr Jerzy Popieluszko, Fr Stefan Niedzielak and Fr Stanisław Suchowolec – all were later murdered by communist security. Around 100,000 people attended the ceremony – including people of culture, art, science.

The passing case went public only due to the fact that his parent was a known figure. Thousands of another victims of the government stay anonymous to this day.

Commandant's daughter present close to power in Warsaw
Aldona Machnowska-Mora, daughter of Konstanty Machnowski, commandant of the Jesuit police station, where Przemika was beaten, is 1 of the key people in Warsaw City Hall today. She was appointed by president Rafał Trzaskowski to be the manager of coordination for culture and social communication.

According to “Pressmania” and “Gazeta Polskiej Everyday”, Machnowska-Gora participated in the creation of Trzaskowski's political programs and co-organized Warsaw Diversity Days together with Jolanta Lange, a erstwhile SB agent. The media comments on her presence in the town hall as a symbolic bow towards post-communist environments.

The father of Aldona Machnowska-Mory – Konstanta Machnowski – after the death of Przemik did not endure any consequences. On the contrary – a year after the death of Grzegorz Przemyk he became the First Secretary of the PZPR Plant Committee and in June 1984 he was promoted to major. In the late 1980s, he assumed the position of commandant of RUWS in Ostrołęka.
