"Tagesspiegel": strong impulse from Germany is needed in relations with Poland

The implementation of the task of a monument to Polish war victims in Berlin would let for a "new start" in Polish-German relations. Together Germany and Poland should be liable for the museum and educational functions of the Polish-German House.
