There's quite a few changes going on at PKP. Ministry wants to close the gap in the system

Poles benefit from a gap in the law that allows early withdrawal of funds from the worker Capital Plans. The amount of returns increases avalanchely. In 2023 it exceeded PLN 1.5 billion, in 2024 – PLN 1.9 billion, while only during the first 3 months of this year – as much as PLN 600 million. The Ministry of Finance is preparing changes to make it hard to retreat money after a year or two.
