On 31 December 2025, the e-Service transition period officially ends. The ministry of digitization in its Communication makes it clear that since the fresh Year, this strategy will be the "basic way of delivering electronic authoritative letters". The replacement of ePUAP will be kept to a minimum.

It should be remembered that from January the correspondence sent by ePUAP "will only be effective in cases where circumstantial provisions indicate this".
