After vacation on the Polish political scene, a fresh free marketplace group may appear, called "Confederation light" - reports "Rzeczpospolita". According to the journal, Richard Petru would be at his head. The formation is to be addressed primarily to entrepreneurs and voters, to whom the liberal economical programme is close.
According to "Rzeczpospolita", the fresh organization would be formed in autumn. For now, however, it is not known precisely who would be part of it. Among the names appears primarily Richard Petru, which already in early June wrote on social media that "on our side we request Confederate light".
According to interviewers, the group would take a seat between the civilian Coalition and the Confederation. Its creators want to direct the offer to entrepreneurs, voters disappointed in the departure of the Civic Platform from a clearly free-market message, as well as to parts of Confederate sympathizers who do not respond to the anti-EU and nationalist slogans of this formation.

The fresh group would compete in the 2027 parliamentary elections. According to the journal, different variants are being considered: both a stand-alone start and the construction of a fresh coalition. However, task initiators do not want to cooperate with Mateusz Morawiecki or Simon Holovnia.
