The heads of the Ministry of abroad Affairs of China and Russia declared cooperation

Foreign ministers of Russia and China met on Thursday at the margins of the South East Asian Association Summit (ASEAN) in Laos, where issues concerning disputes in the South China Sea and civilian war in Burma are discussed, among others.
