I respect binding, lawful court rulings. However, average courts cannot in any way decide on the validity of a Constitutional Tribunal judge's oath, and thus on the existence of the employment relationship, Bogdan Święczkowski, president of the Constitutional Tribunal, tells "Rzeczpospolita".
