The plaque with the résumé presented and the image of “The Leader” on the Skwera of General Waldemar Skrzypczak was unveiled by: the wife of General Iwon, General Dziedzic, Anna Miczkowska, president of Kołobrzeg and Bogdan Błaszczyk, president of the City Council of Kołobrzeg.
