Who cares about investigation and development? "The strategy is not working."

Is it possible for the army, defence Ministry officials and scientists to cooperate? What should be done so that Polish inventions find their way into the army and do not get bogged down in desk drawers? That is - is an efficient R&D strategy even possible? These questions were tried to be answered by the participants of a panel devoted to investigation and improvement of defence technologies, which took place during Defense24 Days.
