Switzerland blocks Leopards for Ukraine [COMMENT]

The Swiss government prevented the export of Italian Leopard 1 tanks to Germany, where they were to go for overhaul before being shipped to Ukraine. According to Bloomberg, Bern justifies the refusal with the policy of neutrality and current regulations. The case causes quite a few controversy and doubt.
