Ambassador of Switzerland summoned by the Russian Ministry of abroad Affairs

Russia's MFA threatened to consider "any assassination on the property of the Russian state" as "stealing" and threatened with retaliation.
More than USD 8 billion of reserves and assets of the Russian central bank are located in banking institutions in Switzerland, according to AFP. The value of assets frozen by Switzerland belonging to Russian entities subject to AFP sanctions is estimated at 7.5 billion Swiss francs.
