Friday The ultimate Court will admit 3 protests at public hearings against the election of the president of Poland. Most of the electoral protests are recognized in the SN at classified sittings. "For crucial reasons, protests can be addressed at a public hearing, where participants of the proceedings can participate, as well as representatives of the media and the public" - indicated.
Meetings will take place at 9, 11 and 1 p.m. They will be devoted, among others, to cases in which it was decided to let proof from the examination of cards, including 13 regional electoral commissions - including Krakow, Minsk Mazowiecki, Bielsko-Biala and Grudziądz.

On Friday morning, groups of protesters gathered in front of the office of the SN in Warsaw. Among them are mentioned Bąkiewicz and erstwhile Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki.

On Thursday the ultimate Court received protocycles from all regional courts, who counted the votes cast in the 2nd circular of presidential elections in 13 regional election committees. Photographs of protocols were besides published on the court's website. It follows that there have been errors in any of the committees in granting the candidates their votes.

"The ultimate Court received protocols from all the regional courts that would address the ultimate Court on 11 June 2025 to convert votes cast in elections on 1 June 2025 in 13 regional electoral commissions" - written in a communication published on the court's website.
As indicated, the ultimate Court issued an order to make the anonymous minutes available by the courts from the vote conversion. "In the majority of committees confirmed by courts of irregularities/frills were spotted immediately after election by members of the regional electoral commissions and were notified to the State Electoral Commission. However, confirming them required recalculation of votes" - we read.

The protocol from the examination of cards from the peripheral electoral commission No. 95 in Krakow indicated that 1132 votes were wrongly attributed to Nawrock and 540 votes to Trzaskowski, although in fact Trzaskowski obtained 1132 and 540 votes. A akin mistake involving the reverse attribution of votes occurred in committee No. 25 in Grudziądz, where it was revealed that 324 votes were cast on Nawrocki and 504 on Trzaskowski.

The protocol on the examination of cards from the regional electoral commission No. 3 in Oleśno shows that Trzaskowski was attributed 1 vote not adequate and Nawrock - 1 vote besides many. In turn, for example, the protocol on Commission No. 10 in Tarnów states that after the votes were calculated, both candidates received as many as was recorded in the voting protocol, i.e. Nawrocki - 317 and Trzaskowski - 363.
Referring to irregularities, the SN indicated that akin "incidental cases" had already occurred in erstwhile years. "For example, on 8 July 2010, 1 citizen filed an electoral protest (reply of Act III SW 166/10) in which he requested 'a correction of the number results of the II circular of elections for President, due to the mistake of the peripheral commission No 759 in Warsaw, consisting of incorrect entry in the protocol with the election results with the surname Kaczyński Jarosław Aleksander number of votes 681, and with the surname Komorowski Bronisław Maria number of votes 246' - was stated.
