We have in law the phrase "a threatening injustice" or "a threatening inconsequential punishment". A higher court may, on this peculiar basis, amend the judgement of a lower court. But only if the conviction is "dangerous" unjust. due to the fact that if he is simply unjust, there is nothing to be done - says the ultimate Court justice Prof. Włodzimierz Wróbel.
