The Bureau of the Sejm submitted six candidates to the Constitutional Court - Mr Czarzasta, the talker of the Sejm. 2 names besides reported Law and Justice. The parliamentary vote on the election of the TK judges is scheduled for Friday.
During the Wednesday press conference, the talker of the Sejm informed about the advice six candidates to the Constitutional Court.
- I'm sorry. These Bureau members recommended, therefore, among another things, those names will be issued at the session of the Sejm. This is in accordance with Article 30 of the Rules of Procedure of the Sejm. His bureau will represent Marshal Dorota Sunday, he said.
The deadline for the application of applications to the Constitutional Court is set in Wednesday at 12:00 p.m.. - President of the Opole territory Court Anna Korwin-Piotrowska,

- Professor at the University of Silesia, Dr. Dariusz Szostek
- and Dr Magdalena Bentkowska from Maria Curie University.
According to PiS spokesperson Rafał Bochenek on Wednesday, the organization appointed Prof. Artur Kotowski and Dr. Michał Skwarzyński. He emphasized that "reported persons have large legal experience both theoretical and practical".

The participation of candidates in the parliamentary vote, however, PiS politicians depended on the decision of the Court on the application previously made by PiS MP Marcin Warchoł.

There are presently only 9 seats in the Constitutional Tribunal.
