Support unexpectedly withdrawn. Scientists urgently appeal to the ministry

The Ministry of discipline and Higher Education has withdrawn backing for the "Oceania" ship, which conducts its investigation outside the Baltic Sea, the Institute of Oceanology of the Polish Academy of Sciences reported. "We find it hard to realize the decision of the Polish government, which after 35 years of good work is cutting off a key origin of backing for this unit," the scientists pointed out. The criticism has reached the management of the ministry, which declares "urgent consideration of the matter."
