The Border defender bought airplanes with no 1 to fly! alternatively of guarding the boundaries, machines are in hangars

The Border defender and the Ministry of abroad Affairs boast of the fresh Turbolet L-410 aircraft, which are intended to strengthen the protection of Polish borders. However, as the officers are alerting, 2 of the 4 machines can actually be used. The reason is prosaic and compromising: throughout the formation there are only 2 commanders authorized to fly this equipment.
