"Strategic breakthrough". Arms production initiative launched

Ukrainian defence Minister Rustem Umerov announced after a gathering of the contact group on Ukraine's defence in the Ramstein format that Kiev's partners had agreed to establish an initiative aimed at financing and producing weapons.
