"Stall" or "misunderstanding"? Discrepancies after voting in the National Electoral Commission

Ryszard Kalisz, an lawyer and associate of the National Electoral Commission, told TVN24 that the Commission will not convene meetings for now, due to the fact that there is simply a stalemate in the Commission regarding the assessment of the position of the unrecognized ultimate Court chamber. He said that "eight members" of the Commission took part in the vote on this topic, 4 of whom were for non-recognition and 4 for recognition. Meanwhile, the minutes of that gathering made available by the writer indicate that 7 members of the Commission took part in the votes.
