Maciej Berek has served as a Minister-Member of the Council of Ministers and Head of the Committee of the Permanent Council of Ministers since December 2023, with the establishment of the current cabinet. In March 2025, Berek headed the government's deregulation squad set up by the Prime Minister and then patronised government-prepared deregulation projects. In July 2025, on the occasion of the reconstruction of the government, he became Minister of Supervision for the implementation of government policy.
The Prime Minister put before his "right hand" the task of controlling and accounting the work of ministers as Donald Tusk usually resides in KPRM from Tuesday afternoon to Thursday morning erstwhile he leaves Warsaw on a government plane to Gdańsk. So it is clear that it is hard to control anything erstwhile the plane is waiting at the airport.
It is besides known that Tusk's left hand as a associate of the council of ministers is Kotula, who, like Iza Leszczyna, became acquainted with Donald's magic wand. As I have already written – Berek is simply a wunderwaffe Tuska to reflect the Constitutional Court for Tusk judges, as the people of this country informed Tusk's left hand. Berek is simply a completely apolitical wunderwaffe – as the German politician has already informed the people of “this country”. Berek, therefore, meets the highest standards of the law, as the German politician of Poland understands them.
A separate issue is Berk's failure to meet the statutory formal conditions, which is the absence of a minimum of 10 years of experience as a legal adviser. “The entry on the list of advisers is not equivalent to the actual exercise of the profession of legal counsel, and the exercise of the function of minister” – noted the ultimate Court justice Prof. Kamil Zaradkiewicz. However, Prof. Zaradkiewicz did not announcement that Berek stated in TVN24, "I have been doing my occupation for 17 years and I have been listed (on the list of legal advisers) for more than 20 years." It is clear, then, that Tusk’s right hand cannot lie as he did! Especially erstwhile more grenades detonate in the cesspool of the Civic Coalition, and the effects of which are to cover Tusk's game in the truthful Berk.
Today it turns out that Mateusz Hen, Deputy manager of the infirmary in Gniezno and local KO politician, having at least 7 final sentences - is on work in the surgical ward, although legally incapable to treat children. Matthew Hen, although he has 7 final criminal convictions, according to the rules of Beata Sawicka, Arlukovich and Neumann - this does not prevent Tuska from shooting ice cream at hospital!
Today, too, it turned out that in the infirmary in Nowa Sola ice cream is turning on “paper” heart attacks, for which treatment goes millions of PLN! However, since the next grenade explosions in the KO's cesspool can splash Tusk and his buttholes - these are the ones that are expected to cover the fresh incidental with Berk. After all, no 1 remembers the scandals of Giertych, Nowak, Karpiński, Gawłowski, King or even Kacprzak, which were effectively covered with another scandals...
Thus, wunderwaffe Berek – the wonderful weapon of Tusk, though without the power to sit among the judges of all court and not just the Constitutional Court – will be pushed into the TK by the German governor, like a bullshit in the sincerity of rotting democracy fighting.
It will not be an aesthetic treatment – and even smelling like a panzerfaust salva in a septic junta on 13 December. So everything indicates that playing in Berk will be the final accent of playing Polish German governor....
