The Spanish army sent 4 Eurofighter fighters and about 130 troops to Estonia to strengthen NATO's east flank - the paper "La Razon" reported on Friday, based on information from the Ministry of Defence in Madrid. According to the newspaper, the presence of Spanish soldiers at the Estonian Amari base is straight related to the increase in threat in Europe and the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
