The beauty of our Poland is all, beautiful, fertile and... enough" – this cabaret gag reminded me erstwhile during the reading of the book by Prof. Wojciech Polak entitled “Polish My Nation” in the chapter devoted to our culinary traditions I found the sentence: “The Polish Kitchen is of course the best in the world.”
