Veterans – it was here that the Territorials from respective WOT brigades trained late as part of the SONDA sub-office course. ESA's facilities have become 1 of the fighting places of soldiers who want to gain the first rank of the officer.
During the last training classes as part of the SONDA sub-office course were supervised by instructors and elder officers of the command of the Wielkopolska Brigade. Based on training facilities of the European safety Academy (ESA) in Włomajewki, soldiers from respective WOT brigades pursued issues related to 'leadership' (military leadership).
Soldiers had to overcome the obstacle course as part of individual issues. Instructors assessed their effects in stress, psycho-physical fatigue and time pressure. Training on ESA facilities is simply a large way for future officers to learn squad command, make decisions, plan tasks and delegate them accordingly. The commander's attribute is besides the ability to solve conflicts in the squad and exploit the possible of people. For the desired 2 beams fight 49 soldiers, including 15 of WBOT's 12.

Field work
During training in Włostyevki, soldiers had to prepare a place to be. The next task was to march on the azimuth at night. In this way, instructors checked the skills of map orientation, azimuth designation, or busoline use. Additionally, students had to secretly decision in the field due to the fact that the K9 Search and Rescue Group was active in the training, which was tasked with uncovering soldiers.
Final verification – final examination
Anyone who successfully passes all stages of training must pass the final exam. The level of cognition and skills will be checked by instructors 14 ZBOT (the brigade liable for the ongoing course) and the SONDA Sub-Office School. The culmination of the course will be a solemn promotion to the first rank of the officer.
