Estonia changes its military draft

The Estonian authorities are amending the strategy of military service recruitment. The country where the majority of conscripts have served for 8 or 11 months so far extends the duration of the draft to the full calendar year. Another change is to reduce the number of drafts - from 3 to 2 per year (now held in week 8 and 34).
