President Otwocka handed over papers related to the erstwhile Marshal of the Sejm to investigators acting on behalf of the Regional Prosecutor's Office in Katowice. "Super Express" and Radio Eska had previously reported unofficially that papers had been secured containing the first signatures of Simon Holownia.

"In the course of the investigation into the activities of the erstwhile Collegium Humanum, there is simply a request to get an opinion from the scope of handwritten writing to verification of the authenticity of Simon Holownia's signatures on the documentation secured during the procedure" - informs the prosecution.
As reported, the Silesian Department of PZ PK asked the Otwocka City Office to send papers containing the first signatures of Szymon Hołownia.

"Otwocka City president refused to release them. Therefore, the investigating prosecutor issued a decision to request the issue of the items (in the form of indicated documents). On this basis the president of Otwocka City yesterday (13 November) voluntarily (i.e. without conducting a search) issued the requested papers to CBA officers" - the National Prosecutor's Office communicated.
It was added that the materials would be utilized by the expert to draw up opinions on the subject of handwritten writing. "This is simply a standard procedure, in this investigation the prosecutor has already obtained respective opinions from the manual" - noted.

CBA has already detained respective twelve people in connection with the Collegium Humanum case. The charges have already been heard, among others, by erstwhile Euro MP Karol Karski and president Jacek Sutryk. Paweł C., erstwhile university rector, left the detention.
