I was appalled by the argument that Poland and Germany have signed a non-proliferation agreement and so cannot have one. I remind you: Russia has signed an agreement guaranteeing the integrity of Ukraine's borders. The agreement broke, which gives the law to Poland and Germany to disregard the non-proliferation agreement.
But it would be even better if there were a European army equipped with atomic weapons. For example, French or British.
