Investigators don't let Ziobrze go. They want custody. Żurek announces a complaint against Hungary

On Thursday, the territory Court for Warsaw-Mokotów will examine the request of the National Prosecutor's Office to temporarily arrest the erstwhile Minister of Justice and PiS MP Zbigniew Ziobro. Investigators request a three-month detention, indicating the real hazard of obstruction in 1 of the largest investigations into public spending – the Justice Fund. The application goes to court at a peculiar time: Ziobro resides outside Poland, declares to stay abroad and invokes the global protection of Hungary.
