EU confiscated armored vehicles will hit Ukraine?

According to the Military Service, the European Parliament is presently considering the transfer of about 150 vehicles to Ukraine, which have so far been requisitioned during the IRINI mission to prevent the transportation of arms to Libya. This embargo was imposed by the UN.
