The Minister of abroad Affairs in Donald Tusk's government pointed out what is simply a major problem for the European Union. The head of the MFA believes that the rivals - China, Russia, the United States - have the unity of command and the EU does not. "The problem is not excessive centralization, but incompatibility" - said Radosław Sikorski.
