Sikorski: Putin rockets damaged the EU building in Kiev

The head of the Ministry of abroad Affairs Radosław Sikorski reported that the European Union delegation building was damaged as a consequence of the Russian attack on Kiev last night. The air alarm, which was announced throughout the country, lasted more than 9 hours in Kiev.
