Sikorski comments on Orban's photograph of Ziobra. “Poland will work”

A image of Zbigniew Ziobry with Viktor Orban caused a storm in the media. The head of the Ministry of abroad Affairs, Radosław Sikorski, besides participated in events in Hungary.

The Sejm has already received a motion to waive immunity and temporary arrest of Zbigniew Ziobra. The prosecutions are linked to 26 crimes involving the management and spending of funds from the Justice Fund.

On the last Thursday, the Prime Minister of Hungary posted a photograph on social media containing Ziobro and Marcin Romanowski. The case rapidly ran through the media, and now it was addressed by Radosław Sikorski.

Sikorski announces action

– Prime Minister Orban just published a photograph with Minister Ziobra. His deputy Mr. Romanowski is already there, who hides from the Polish justice system, so of course this creates certain associations. Members benefit from the fact that they have a preemptive cognition of the allegations, due to the fact that the procedure for abolishing immunity should be submitted," the head of the MFA said.

Sikorski besides stated that the presence of the avoided Polish justice strategy Romanowski makes the “meeting not only diplomatic but besides controversial”. The head of the Ministry of abroad Affairs assured that Poland would "work" on Ziobra to prevent the situation which happened in the case of Romanowski.
