Bogacki accused Scheering-Wielgus of putting herself in the function of an "arbitr", although she herself was to participate in the smoke-smoking actions in churches and disrupt the Holy Mass. The MP immediately demanded that those words be dismissed, threatening to sue Bogacki. She emphasized that she never smoked in churches.

Later there was a verbal push between Schuering-Wielgus and Boguck.
