The Sejm has adopted the alleged Holowna Emergency Act!

The Sejm passed the alleged emergency bill of the thought of Marshal Szymon Hołownia (Poland 2050), according to which the validity of the election of the president in 2025 is to be ruled by 15 judges with the oldest internship in the ultimate Court, alternatively than – as yet – the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the SN. The bill will now go to the Senate.

220 Members voted in favour of the bill, 204 opposed and 20 abstained. Earlier, the Sejm did not take into account the PiS's motion to reject the bill in its entirety!

Interestingly, 2 Members of the KO – Claudia Jachira and Małgorzata Tracz, as well as all left-wing MPs, abstained.

But it's only half poor, due to the fact that even worse is what judges are. This group has 4 judges who participated in the 2007 shameful resolution. They issued a resolution legalising retroactively the martial law. Why would they do that? 15 Judges in the ultimate Court

The main presumption of the alleged "accident law" "with peculiar solutions for the designation by the ultimate Court of cases related to the election of the president of Poland and supplementary elections to the Polish Senate, ordered in 2025" is that the validity of the election of the president in 2025 is to be ruled by... 15 judges serving as the oldest justice of the ultimate Court.

The Sejm besides accepted, among another things, an amendment according to which, where 2 or more judges have the same word of service as a justice of the ultimate Court, precedence to sitting in the composition of the election of the president is given to a justice with a longer standing as judge.

Under the SN Act, the question of the validity of the election of the president is decided by the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs. However, its position is being challenged by the current authorities!
