The prosecutor issued a decision to search the flat of erstwhile associate of the Smolensk subcommittee Glenn Jorgensen - said the spokesperson for the National Prosecutor's Office, Przemysław Nowak. As he said, it concerns the investigation into the failure of parts of the Tupolev by the Smolensk subcommittee. He added that "the suspicion that they may be there resulted straight from the letter of Mr. Antoni Macierewicz".
