The prosecutor decided to set up the erstwhile head of the Smolensk Subcommittee to Wacław B. the charge of obstructing the investigation into the Smolensk disaster - the National Prosecutor's Office informed on Wednesday. The D.A. called Wenceslas B. to press charges for April 1st.
