The court decided in the Bąkiewicz case

The court in Gorzów Wielkopolski repealed in its entirety the order of the prosecution about the preventive measures taken against Robert Bąkiewicz - the president of this court said Olimpia Barańska-Maluszek. Among another things, it was a ban on approaching Polish-German border crossing points, which was related to the actions of the self-proclaimed Border Defence Movement.
