Temporary control on the border with Germany and Lithuania has been extended for another six months, the Interior Ministry said. The ministry head's decree, published on Friday, will take effect on April 5, and the controls will last until October 1. The decision stems from the request to counter illegal migration and take care of interior security, the ministry said.
