"The Court replaced the Sejm" in the case of justice Piotr Raczkowski

The Warsaw court ruled that the military justice and erstwhile deputy chief of the erstwhile KRS Piotr Raczkowski is inactive an active judge. Earlier, a favourable ruling for the justice was given by the EU Court of Justice.
