It is about the issue of “Good holiday” dated 14 August 2022. According to KRRiT, the punishment was "imposed in connection with a breach by the broadcaster of Article 17a(5)(1) of the Broadcasting and tv Act, by over-exposing the product placed" during a conversation during an outdoor event in the "Project Beach" series. The punishment for the sender amounted to PLN 70,000.
TVN SA appealed against the decision of the president of the KRRiT, but the territory Court in Warsaw, as KRRiT stated, confirmed that the presentation of the products was an excessive exposure, which was actually advertising, and there was a violation of the applicable rules on the placement of products laid down in the law.
